Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Body by Indian. We value your business and strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully read our return policy to understand our procedures.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchange:
Time Frame: Customers have 14 days from the delivery date shown on the mail carrier website to be eligible for a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

- Sauna Wraps
Please note that these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Return an Item:
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at bodybyindian@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Ship the Item: Pack the item(s)securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation and return them to the address provided by our customer service team.
Shipping Costs
Please note that if you return an item for reasons other than receiving a damaged package, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, as it has already been paid to the mail carrier. The cost of the return label and the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refund Method: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 days to see the refund reflect into your account.
