Processing Time
Processing Period: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays regardless of which shipping method is chosen at checkout. Once processing is complete, you will receive tracking information via email.
Carrier Log Time: Please allow the carrier 1-3 days to log your package into their system. Once logged, the tracking information will display the expected delivery date
Carrier Delays: The information we have is the same as what is shown on the carrier's website. For any delays, please contact the mail carrier directly.
Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders are also calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping may incur additional customs fees.
Customs Fees (International Shipments)
Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to their shipment. These fees are not included in our shipping charges.
Customs Processing: Customs policies vary widely by country, so please contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Addresses
Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment will be at the customer's expense as the reshipment will require a new shipping label. An invoice will be sent to remit payment for the new shipping label.
Package Insurance
Protection Offered: We offer package protection through ShipInsure. We highly recommend adding this protection to your order to safeguard against lost or stolen packages.
No Protection: If package protection is not added to your order, and your package is lost or stolen, you will need to contact the mail carrier and initiate an investigation. We are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages.
